Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at sales@pocketdiva.com.au or call 1300 916 383 for assistance with correct sizing.
 
We are happy to exchange or refund if items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
 
Prior to return please email Pocket Diva at sales@pocketdiva.com.au explaining the goods you are returning, contact details and Order# so that we can identify the return when it is received. 
 
Please thoroughly check garments and try them on as soon as they are received to ensure you are satisfied with the purchase.  Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if we do not receive on-line notification of return within 14 days of purchase.
 
Items returned later than 14 days after purchase will only be eligible for a credit towards the next purchase.
 
Refund or exchange will only be granted where garments are assessed to be returned in the same condition as purchased, unworn and with tags still attached.
 
We urge customers to consider the environment and re-use the delivery packaging where possible.
